How do I book a session?
Choose the package that best fits your needs and use the booking link to get in touch. Share your preferred date, sport, and any details about your athlete or team. I'll confirm availability and the next steps with you.
What's the difference between booking a session and purchasing gallery photos?
Booking a session means hiring CMTZ Photo to photograph your athlete or team. Gallery purchases are for photos I've already captured at a game or event and uploaded for families to browse and purchase.
Can I purchase high-resolution photos?
Yes! High-resolution downloads are available as an additional purchase for eligible booked sessions. For photos in existing game galleries, available download options and prices will be shown in the gallery store.
When will my photos be ready?
Your edited photos will typically be ready within 2–3 days after the game or session. Once they're ready, you'll receive access to your online gallery where you can view and download your photos.
Can I request a specific athlete, jersey number, or type of shot?
Absolutely. Let me know your athlete's name, jersey number, position, and any moments you'd especially love captured. While I can't guarantee every specific shot, I'll do my best to capture the moments that matter most.
Do you photograph entire teams or just individual athletes?
CMTZ Photo offers athlete-focused and broader game coverage options. Team sessions and larger coverage requests may require a custom quote, depending on the event and what you're looking for.
What happens if a game is cancelled or rescheduled?
Please contact me as soon as possible if plans change. Rescheduling and cancellation arrangements will be discussed when your booking is confirmed. :)
